The online solar calculation is effective with electricity billing and shading
The pioneer in teaching people about solar panels installation, SolarPowerRocks.com has announced the adding of SolarEstimate.org solar panel calculator. The solution came into practice to solve the homeowners’ demand for money-saving tools that can measure accurate energy consumptions.
The United States-based company, Solar Power Rocks (SPR) follows state-by-state guides across the nation while installing a home solar system. Previously, the demands made by homeowners using Solar Power Rocks (SPR) have wanted to estimate the solar savings potential of their homes. However, SPR was reluctant to offer tools that might produce inaccurate results.
Ben Zientara, head of content at SPR, said, “In the past, we’ve offered only general examples of the savings homeowners might see by installing solar panels because there hasn’t been an online solar calculator that can model the effect of things like time-of-use electricity billing and shading.”
The new online calculator supplements the extensive solar education resources that SPR offers to its users free of cost. After being famous for its annual state solar power rankings, SPR explains what to look for in solar power during 2019 and beyond:
- SPR claims that 2019 is going to be all about the end of the 30% Federal Solar Tax Credit.
- Trump’s solar tariffs also begin their gradual reduction, and prices will continue to fall, so the effects of the end of the ITC will be muted for at least a year or two.
- As per other predictions, state incentives will attract solar companies.
The report contains an analysis of solar power policy, incentives and the overall attractiveness of home solar energy in each state.
According to Andrew Sendy, CEO of Solar Investments Inc. group: “SPR has long been recognized as a top source of information about solar power. If you talk to anyone working in the residential solar power industry today — including me — they will probably tell you they learned the basics of home solar on SPR. We’re thrilled that SPR has selected Solar-Estimate.org’s calculator to complement their excellent consumer information resources. We look forward to assisting SPR site users on their solar journey.”
